1. Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Orbs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your original payment date — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@thinkorbs.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Include your payment receipt or order ID (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Each account is eligible for one refund per plan type.
  • Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to all free features and your learning progress, XP, and badges.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding to access Pro content for free).
