3. User Accounts

• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans

Orbs offers the following plans:

• Free — Access to basic courses and limited AI Tutor usage.
• Pro (£9.99 one-time) — Full access to all courses, AI Tutor, and all features. Lifetime access.
• School (£49 one-time) — Pro features plus multi-user classroom management. Lifetime access.

All payments are one-time purchases. Prices are in GBP and are subject to change for new purchases with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Orbs, including courses, lessons, quizzes, graphics, and software, is owned by Orbs and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. AI Tutor

The AI Tutor feature is powered by third-party AI services. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. The AI Tutor is intended for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
